I also recieve about 3-5 calls a day from these [***]. I just got a blocklist app for my phone so it doesn't bother me anymorecheers

877-745-7721they called me several times, when you pick up there's no one there for a long time so I usually hang up, but tonight at 8:34 PM they called and I picked up and started talking, saying why is this number calling me and there is no one on the phone, then someone picked up and asked to speak to me by name and I said you are now, who are you and why are you calling me. The caller said he was Damian from Virgin Mobile accounts receivable calling about my unpaid balance. I replied it has been paid and he said can you give me your password to verify it and I said what? He said, to confirm I need the four digit password for your phone account, I said absolutely not, I would never give that out over the phone you idiot and hung up

877-745-7721 Called me on my home phone number, not my mobile, wouldn't Virgin call me on my mobile number? And why would they call when they usually send a text reminder? Constant calls from 1-877-745-7721. Found out that it is Virgin Mobile whom I deal with . Account is up to date with actually $100.00 credit (prepayment) just in case something happens or to cover any possibility of late payment for any reason. I am sick of these calls and when answering , the other end is blank. Tried to get this problem resolved but no one seems to know anything when I speak to rep. Supervisor never available. Can't wait for my contract to run it's course so I can get rid of the Virgin Group. Even thinking about paying the rip-off 200.00 to break contract and get them gone. Never a contract again . Prepaid only for me in the future. Bloodsuckers they are today. When We first started dealing with these guys it was "butter and cream" now it's "thorns and spikes" . It will be "good riddance " very soon . Can't wait

Phone calls 7-9 times a day. Waking me early in morning. Have never, and now will never have a virgin mobile phone.We have to get a Facebook petition going or..........some kind of action to stop this. Called virgin mobile......2 options type in my phone#.....don't have...".or request a phone #.......not likelyCalled the 877 745 7721 #. Twice. Both times I was hung up on when trying to get to the bottom of these calls. The only thing that is going to help is hurting Virgin mobile's pocketbook.
