Actually my bill is always on time, but 3 months ago I had a dispute with them and thus told them when my contract is finished I will not renew them and ever since when I am notified via text that mybill has just been posted to my account I recieve a call from this number every damn day. And the bill is not even due until the 24th r so each month.
I keep getting phone calls as well. I have never had a Virgin Mobile phone... ever. I don't have outstanding bills.
This number has repeatedly called my work cellphone (through Bell). I have asked twice now to have my name and # removed from their list. Both times, they promised to do this within 5 days, but this has not happened. I called Virgin directly, and they suggested I call the CRTC. If you are being harassed by this same #, put a complaint in with CRTC.
I agree - I will NEVER have a Virgin # either. Call CRTC and lay a complaint about this number.
I got a quick question. Does anyone know why I'm recieving these calls? I'm under Fido (( Which is now owned by Rogers)), so why would Virgin be calling me? I have no link to them what so ever. /:They call me at least 25 ((if not more)) times a day. From 8am - 11pm. I can't sleep let alone do my normal 12hr shift at night with my phone constantly going off.
I registered for paper bill with Virgin Mobile, but it has been three months now and I have never received it. Online bill duly shows $2 charge for paper bill. I called Virgin 2 times, sent an email, went to Virgin store 2 times to complain (they called 611 on my behalf). Each time, Virgin assured they will send the bill, but never did. And now I have these calls... It's pathetic.

Caller/business not identified, message was on the verge of being threatening, regarding documents being mailed and response being demanded.
