I keep getting calls from 'em too... no one on the line and never a message...

I also received one call this morning and one this afternoon. Both calls were on my cell phone but i didn't answer and no msg was left for me.

Both on my home phone and cell, I have received multiple calls a day from this number and no one is there. I want it to stop!

Called several times a day for weeks now; always an empty line when i pick up. Called the number back today, 'Suja' answered claiming to be with Virgin Mobile. I refused to provide my cell number or any other details, asked to speak with supervisor or get 'Suja's operator #, she said they do not have operator numbers, and can't pass me on to supervisor without my info first.Reasons this is an identity theft/personal info scooping attempt: 1) If you call any customer service line, you have incredibly small chance of connecting with the same operator twice, I've called this number and gotten the same girl 'Suja' five times now. 2) All customer service agents will have some sort of operator's/agent's number, even an employee number to provide. -Almost all CSR calls can be escalated to a supervisor or manager if the caller asks politely enough3) Virgin mobile's 888 # for customer service/whatever else you might need to talk to them about, is found on their website as 1 888 999 2321. 4) If virgin mobile has something to discuss with you, they'll call your cell, never your home number, and if you think long and hard you'll remember you likely didnt provide any landline #'s when you got a virgin phone.5) The 'call and hang up' thing is fishing, it gets you to call back and feel obligated to explain your reason for calling THEM. They've been calling over and over so you may feel theres a problem, and giving up your info is the quickest way to find out whats wrong.DO not, under any circumstances, provide your name, cell #, PINs, passwords, anything at all, to anyone who calls from this number.

I had received a call Tuesday October 25th. @ 8:23 p.m. from this number (877-745-7721). It took at least 15 seconds for someone to respond and when they did; they asked for Bev. I told them they couldn't reach her at night and to call in morning around 11:30 a.m. The response I got from a rude young man yelling into the phone, that, I had to leave a message for her. I explained that this was a shared phone and again he was to call in the morning to reach her. Again, he demanded I leave a message; and, therefore I terminated the call.I do not appreciate these kind of calls, and, I will go the extra length if this is not taken care of promptly!!!!Thank You

I have been recieving calls from this number frequently over the last few weeks. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they do not. When they do, they have been asking for a Shawn, no last name provided, no mention of who was calling either. ( I never thought to ask) Every time they phone I do my best to explain to them that only my father and myself can be reached at this residence, and that neither of us is a Shawn, or know a Shawn.This mourning I was very rude with them. After my insisting that there was no Shawn I was asked a strange question: "Well how can you verify that the other person (My father) does not know Shawn? We will need to speak to him first. Please have him call us back".At that point I swore at them, asked them if they were kidding me, she said "No" and they promptly hung up. Now is there anything I can do to make these people stop calling me? Today is the 5th time they have woken me up. I work continental 12 hour shifts, my sleep can't cope with this much longer.

I receive this call from this number numerous times and for quite sometime now. Sometimes it'll be up 8 times a day. Or five mins after the next. I just block the calls whenever it happens. Since it seems they are from virgin mobile. I don't know why they are calling my pre paid rogers cell? Very strange I must say... I wished they would stop though.

I am talking to Virgin right now. This is NOT a Virgin number! Do not answer or call back or use Skype to avoid having them trace you. Virgin said they have recorded these numbers in a file. Their suggestion is for me to change my number! I don't think so, given all the hassle that would entail and that my next number would not necessarily be better protected. If they do leave a message and I retrieve it, then I will be charged air time! Aauuuggghhhh!Cheers to all.

They call me at least 5 times a day on my cell phone and at my parents house... I never answer because its 877 I don't want to get charged for this. I am also with Virgin mobile.

They call me several times a day (October 28th 2011, it was 5 times). There is always no voice when I answer. When I call back (i block my ID before doing it), they always pretend they are Virigin Mobile and they want my cell phone number to check my account.
