i don't even have a cell let alone virgin wireless... they are calling my home phone number! wtf??? They couldn't even tell my why they were calling.. and when they did call they hung up on me.. so I called her back and she told me she was calling from Virgin ... in Canada... So i told her she was calling me on an ARMY base.. scared the poop outta her.. better not call back!!

they always call me during freeken school hours it pisses me off cause one day i forgot to turn it off and it was on full blast so it is F-ING ANNOYING!!!!!!

calls 8 times a day is harassment. if you are in canada then contact your provincial ministry of corporate affairs and register a complaint.if you are getting annoying calls from a collection agency, talk to them one time and ask for their fax number. fax them a letter stating that you are no longer available by telephone and that all further communication shall be done by post mail.to whom it may concern... as per instructions from the ministry, i was told to write you and make this statement. this is to inform you that i, (name).........., (reference / account number) am no longer available by telephone and wish all future correspondence to be made by postal mail. thank you, ...signature........this will stop those calls. worked for me. good luck

i think virgin contract bell to do their customer "shoo away" service. virgin uses bell's towers and system. more like virgin says we guarantee so much money to you per month and let us use or name to sell your service. kind of like canadian tire tires are made by firestone and good year. they buy so many that the maker will put on any company name. and when i was with bell i was never impressed with their service. at least with telus if your service is cut off you can still call the repair or customer service / collection depts to find out why it was cut off. with bell or virgin if your bill is overdue - you are cut. then you have to find another phone to use and call them.

this number calls several times a day, no one there, now i just keep ignoring it, they have called me 9 times in 2 days

ive been called by them on my cell 9 times in one day this went on for 2 weeks then my mom told them to [***] and shove their contract up there [***].

This number just called me but I didn't answer? & I'm not with Virgin Mobile.

I have been called by this number now 3 times today.I answered and they claim to be Debt Collector for Virgin mobile but I asked for their Id ...they have none only their name. They ask for your password for you cell phone account. NEVER GIVE OUT PASSWORDSSCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
