just finally got ebill after 3 months this number calls me where the hell was my bill before and why the [***] am i paying so much for a phone when i was told it was cheaper when i got the dam thing oh ps the bill you claiming i owe so much on had been paid so only a month is owed not the 3 mths your claiming
i get calls from this number everyday,several times a day,I have never had a Virgin phone or anyone in this household. I am so tired o these annoying calls and can't seem to stop them
when you get this call do no answer, wait until it stops ringing, go to options and put on reject list
It is Virgin Mobile's internal collection department. I had a credit card on file for automatic pre-payments. I have solid credit and have always paid my bill on time. One time, I had to put a temporary hold on my credit card when my husband accidentally left it at a local grocery store. During this time, Virgin tried to process my payment. The payment didn't go through. The hold on my card was lifted a day later when we picked up the card from lost and found.Basically, Virgin will not try to process payment again. They do not advise you of any problems to your automatic payment method. As soon as your account is past due, they forward you to their internal collections department to begin the annoying series of repeated automatic calls from this 877 number. So annoying and unprofessional!! Here I am thinking the whole time that automatic prepayment would be more convenient.
This is a Virgin Mobile [***] up. I also get 3-5 calls a day with no answer. Called Virgin today at 800 number on internet site. Just keep pressing 0 until operator answers and demand they take your number off call list. They asked for the number that was calling me and when provided they said I would be removed so its no data scam it is just an internal annoying [***].
No I think it is a scam! I am a Telus customer and I got the calls from that number at least 20 times today! I told them to stop calling, that they don't hate the right number but they continued. I called Virgin and they don't know that number and nobody has the same phone number as mine either!

Caller/business not identified, message was on the verge of being threatening, regarding documents being mailed and response being demanded.
