I got the call, seemed weird they were looking to talk to my wife. So i called Us Bank to make sure it wasn't some kind of scam. Turns out it is part of Us Bank credit card collections. Guess i will have to have a talk with my wife when she gets home about a credit card i didn't know we had.. learn something new every day.

someone with 877-838-4347 no. called me by my first name and hung up. I want this to stop

This is a SCAM... First off... I do not have an account with US Bank account. It was a "robo" call asking info from me to verify my identity with personal information. Creative Spear Phising Scam IMO. Good Luck & Be careful

I get calls all time from this number, & I don't answer. I'm using 2 credit cards, & pay them off every month. I have others, not even called to active. I do NOT have any dealings what so ever with a US BANK. To me If someone doesn't leave a MESSAGE, & a return # , they are a scam. Period.

I have received between 3 and 6 phone calls from this number for two days in a row now. Like others have reported, they hang up after only 2 maybe 3 rings and never leave a message. I was so curious of to who it was, I googled the number and found this site which has solved the mystery. I do have an account with us bank. Also a credit card with them. My payment is not due for another 5 days. 6 if you count when the original harassing call came in. I am so annoyed and turned off by this way of "doing business". Finally after receiving a call from them this eve at 8:45 pm ( which is late in my household ) I called to make a payment in hopes to end the calls. I plan to make a complaint, but not sure to whom. Anyone have suggestions to where it would be best received with importance or sevarity?

I don't use US bank and have never been in one and am receiving calls from this number. it is a scam.

If you got a call from 877-838-4337, this is a legit call. Came up on my call ID as "Credit Card Services. I was able to get through when I called. Fortunately, and after giving my phone number and Last name, I was not the party they were trying to reach. They will remove my number being that I have no debt for them to collect. I was also able to find out through the rep. that many Credit Card owners use this collection agency to help reclaim their monies. GEMB, GE Money Bank, Capitol One, US Bank etc etc and the list goes on. No scam! Collection agency.

Listen ... I don't have US Bank now, then, or ever. I don't even have a US Bank in my area or know where one is at! This has to be a scam using this number or routing through US Bank.

If you got a call from 877-838-4347 please note its "CREDIT CARD SERVICES". This is not US BANK, GEMB, GE Money Bank , but they are hired to collect for these credit cards and Banks. So, they are not a scam but collectors for a debt.

This is a collection agency called Elan Financial. They collect on late credit card payments for large banks like Key Bank.
