I don't have any credit cards & haven't. You don't really believe this Internet Crap, do ya?

Calls me constantly even late at night How in H&* l do I stop them. I think it is some type of credit card company ??Have texted them and told them I am deaf and can not answer

im not in default of any loans or bills at this time and I get this call 3-4 times a day... It's extremely annoying.

I have been called numerous times, its called spoofing, the number is to collections, but according to U.S. bank rep, its to fool people into provided credit card information on a follow up call, to get credit card info. Just call back to the number on the back of your card. DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFO OVER THE PHONE!!!

Good advice, if you are scamed and harrased by them then use the "Fair Collections Practices Act" to get them. Send them a registed letter return reciept requested to Elan Financial Services Headquarters Address. Commerce Court 4 Station Square Suite 620. Pittsburgh, PA 15219. In the letter tell them you owe no debt that you are aware of (weather you do or not), and tell them not to contact you by phone any more, contact you only by US Mail, You are requesting proof that you owe them a debt within 15 days of the reciept of this letter. They are arogant fools and will ignore you and call again, now they have broken the law. Gather and keep your evidence, file a suit in Federal court and they now owe you $10K for every time they call you after the reciept of the registered letter ( no matter weather you have a debt or not and if you do regardless of the size), That is the law, use it and protect your self, It is no coindenence that the Bqankruptcy laws and bank laws where changed in 2004 and in 2007 the banks tanked the economy. Millions have lost jobs, home, and some their lives, it was a systematic scam by the banks. get them back. They sell your debt to collections firms they own(Elan), and then abuse you with fees, and late charges and unfair collection practices, you can't stop them, but a smart few can make them pay.

They call at least 8 times a day, sometimes before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m. I'm sick of it.

Someone from this outfit is calling my elderly mothers phone repeatedly. They never leave a message, just noise on the voice mail. They have called 11 times in two days! My mother is bed ridden and does not have a credit card of any kind and hasn't had one in years and years! Why won't they leave a message? Stop harrassing senior citizens! If you have something to say, leave a message!!!

Female person called and asked for me by name to resolve my delinquent credit card account with REI with supposed expenditures in the thousands. She asked me to confirm that this was my number she called me on and also asked me to verify my work number. AMAZING! I do not have an account with REI nor do I have a work number!! When passed to their fraud division, I was asked to provide info. NO WAY did I give out any information! Called REI to alert them of this very questionable call!! REI confirmed I do not have their bank card.

GEMB was one of the 2 banks that I filed a complaint on as well.
