Just received a call today from this number. I didn't answer and no message was left.

Said my name and hung up.

A woman called asking for my father as the homeowner. When I pressed her to tell me who she was calling from, she said some contractor company name and that they did home repairs in the area. Then I asked how she got the number and she immediately hung up. Sounds like a scam!

Quick Brown Fox - you nailed it to the wall. That was so obiously a scam call...I got a call from that number about 30 minutes ago - it's 3:00 PM here in California...I have Caller ID on my landline, and I turn off the ringer - then I delete the calls after I come here to 1800notes to see who it is or who it might be...

When I called back, the message says: "the number you are calling it's not accepting calls"....

9:57 AM - disconnected on 2nd ring, then blocked.Caller ID = Toll Free Call

Woman said her dad did contractor work, I said thanks we have a relative that takes care of that, she insisted ....her dad could help my relative. Sounds to me like some kind of scam ...they just want to get in your home. They call everyday.

If you must answer, tell them your a renter not an owner they hang up real fast! If they ask for you by name tell them nope not you, your just the renter, works every time !!!
