They called with an automated message that I owned them for internet services. They identified themselves as Verizon. I called them back and they identified them as Verizon Financial Services. I responded that I had no account with them. They looked up my name and gave some other name that I was not familiar with and that my number was the alternate number given. I claimed I did not know the person and hung up. This is definitely a scam and has nothing to do with Verizon.

I have a family pest control business for 16 years in NJ. Paid so much money to have my website rank on search engines. Past 7 years my phone rings from telemarketers, data collectors, and other members of this Global Business Network. Setting up fake appointments with us and I pay two men in a truck to go inspect their home and no one answers or they cancel right before the time window. I know exactly who thes people are and NOBODY wants to help. I love this country and I have worked so hard to be successful. Because of Verizon and their franchise services I am losing everything. Cant pay my bills or my employees its gotten so bad. They even set up websites and are on the same server with me to hijack my phone calls. Verizon refuses to release my phone numbers because of this. Biggest fraud I have ever seen and I am the victim. FBI, local, and federal authorities wont even return my calls. I have seven great employees with families and we are all in shock. I took the American flag down one day but put it back up. I am an American and iI am going crazy trying to cope. Lawyers dont know what is happening and cant help me. Does anyone know what I can do? I have a boatload of evidence on these guys and I will never give up. Me and my small business will continue to do the right thing in life. Although I will be homeless soon and probably sleeping in a park. HELP!

This call is from Verizon collection dept. My bill is overdue. Another post was correct. The morons from verizon should have their company name on the call instead of unavailable. I am NOT wasting my time conversing with telemarketers trying to sell me windows, vacuum cleaners or offer to switch my electric company. I would have answered if I knew who was calling....

Leaves message saying my verizon bill is overdue for 300 something dollars. Its not! What the hell...

the same phone number keep calling me , seems like emergency but is really annoying for they address me with a different name and im not really aware of the phn number
