This call came into my work phone # (I am a temp so don't answer the phone, no one should be calling me); noted the number on the display and looked it up. Judging from comments I'm glad I missed them. Will *NOT* be calling back.
Heavy Duty Machinery magazine free subscription. Not interested. Called back and no answer.
I am pretty popular. I get six to seven different numbers calling me daily. They will soon give me some respite. This dufus called my home office phone and fax at the same time. I never answer. They never leave a message. Just an annoying ring. They'll give up. I won't. If you answer and argue, they win. There is no regulation on these calls with any enforcement teeth. Want to sue? Spend a lot of money? Because, unless you get an attorney that is also incensed about this issue, you will pay and pay. My way is cheaper and effective. Screen the calls. If no message was left it wasn't worth your time anyway. They will give up. NEVER call them back or they have a record of a customer initiated relationship.

If you or your company receive any trade-business magazine this call center updates their subscriptions. The subscriptions are free in most cases. I guess they robo call people and when they do not have a person available to talk the machine hangs up. I receive a magazine from these people and it's not a telemarketing company. I f you want them to stop calling they will take you off the list.
