Thanks for pointing that out. The other 139 posts weren't very clear when they said it was Ally calling.

They ask for my wife-and i said if i could help,and said what's the porpose for the call. I belive it was allied financial.

They first called asking for one of our employees at work. I asked the caller if I could take a message and she actually gave me her name and call back number. Now they keep calling and not saying anything.

Just another spam call. Delete.

Not gmac, at least not anymore. Called, left message, "something financial". After reading these posts, I called back. Machine, didn't give company name. Prompted to press 1 if over 50 yrs old, or press #. I pressed #. Went on about some vehicle repair service with roadside assistance, press 1 if interested or # to continue. I press #. Then told me just for calling in I'm eligible for a $100 gift card. I hung up. Obviously not a bill collector.

I just called the number and spoke with a live person. I told her that they have the wrong number and this is harassment. She quickly said she would flag the number and that the calls would stop.

They call & don't Im. If you call me don't have a computer ask me to hold!

Called our business twice on Sunday, at 8am and 12:30pm. There wasn't anyone here anyway, but it just goes a little further to confirm that whoever is calling is nowhere near being a real business. Caller id just shows Toll Free, and I don't know if they left a message on the machine this time, as the boss got in earlier than me and had already cleared the answering machine.

They called here claiming to be LA Financial and asked for ssn# and other personal information that I would not give. We don't have an account with them and never have.

This is not GM or GMAC. This is Ally Financial.
