I have a recorded busy signal mp3 and I just set the phone next to the speakers and play it until they hang up

It's Ally Financial formally of GMAC. They call me every month about my car whether I'm behind or not...and they call me at work but as soon as they hear "Thank you for callinf (my government agency)" they hang up.

I think this is ally in Philippines they must get money to call and harass. I blocked number again. Two calls this am in two hours

I got a message to call this number - when I call back they do not identify the name of the company and ask for my account number - no idea what account number because they don't identify themselves. Then they say they are closed and to call back during regular business hours 9-5 EST - it is currently 10:40 am EST ??Who are these people??

Called and could not understand the last name of the person they were asking for so I said please spell the name and she said they are not allowed to do that and hung up. Strange way to do business.

GMAC hired this company, who then is not complying with united states TCPA and telecommunications laws. This makes GMAC directly liable for all of this illegal activity. I know, I have been in this industry specifically for 20 years. GMAC is liable period. And I can prove it.

Relentless...calls every day...since I do not recognize the number, I do not answer....

So how do we hold GMAC accountable for this illegal activity? They are driving me crazy! ... And the calls aren't even for me.

They have called my workplace three times today and several times earlier in the week. The caller ID says Toll Free Call. Every time I answer, it hangs up after a few seconds of silence.
