They keep saying your son is calling and this is at 12:30 at night so it scared me and I called my sons everything was fine who should.I call to report it

Actually legally the have to honor a request to not call. It's part of the federal law that governs debt collection. Obviously a debt collector that doesn't like playing by the rules.

Answered, and I said hello twice, with no response. Hung up, looked at the comments about the number and immediately blocked them.

These [***] call my fiancee's cell phone 3-4 times a day. She has absolutely no debt, no loans, etc. She has never done business with this company ever. I answered her phone for her about two weeks ago when they called and stern but politely informed them that the person they were calling for was not at that number and to remove that number from their list. The operator sighed and told me "fine" and hung up. Almost made it two weeks without a bother and now they call again 3-4 times a day. I answered the last one today at 3:20pm, getting the "please hold for an important call" and when I heard the line pick up I ripped into the operator, stating AGAIN to not call and to remove the number, as well as a few expletives and legal counsel being looked into.

Mine says from Ally Bank. I did call the call back number and they answered hello Ally bank. But this number does not match Ally banks real phone number

Received 3 calls today from Not Available 888 area code. Left no messages.

Just got a call from an Indian accent that was mumbling and talking quietly. Didn't even tell me where he was calling from and gave out this number to call him back. Block!

Called and asked was I Fred and I never said yes. She proceeded as if I had. She asked did I know (my son's name) pronounced very poorly. I asked who she was with....she said Ally. I told her I don't know said name. We owe nothing to GMAC....I have and do own GM cars.....bought and paid for when we left the lot.

They keep calling and dont leave a message. I dont have a car note with them anymore. That was 10 years ago. I believe it's a scam
