Got called 3 x today. Same story...telling me that the things I normally pay for out of pocket is covered by MY plan... rings of a scam from the start. They had typical info...name , address.... but asked to verify my ins. card. NO ...NO ...and NO! I hung up, they called back. Then they called back later to verify my DOB. who are these scammers and what do they want? They don't have My ins. info.... so why did they keep calling to let me know that I won't be charged anything, but to just acknowledge that their dr. would send the prescriptions to my pharmacy. Even wanted me to restate the dr. name.... Timothy Martin. I don't even have a dr. name..... this just sounds insane!

Fed up. Sounds like you been hacked. To cancel the vitamins that are obviously on a subscription with automatic shipping and charging your PayPal. You have to contact PayPal and cancel any subscriptions the that might be taken out of your account. As well as checking Google Play, Google Pay and Google itself. After you contact all four the payments should stop. You may or may not be able to get your money back if you file unauthorized use if your PayPal account and/or file with what ever form of payment that you have saved to PayPal. I hope this helps. I sort of agree with the person who said to "gouge away at the insurance scumbags..." But...our rates will just keep skyrocketing!!

MY LORD. I hope we get a president in November/Jan., who will go after these BOTTOM-FEEDERS. Just start answering, "(Your town/city) Sheriffs Dept, How may I help you?" Or either say, "Sir/Maam, please stay on the line, for just a FEW more seconds, we almost have your exact position triangulated, and of course you're commiting countless Federal felonies..." "And by the way, Ma'am, do your kids(/or parents) still reside in the same location, as well??" PS - Speaking of vitamins, I've now been charged over $1000 for VITAMINS that I never wanted, never knew about, never asked for, can't afford, anything. (Comes out of my PayPal db card, each month.) I wouldn't take these things, if THEY paid ME, anyway. Nobody seems to give a damn, bec it's so rampant. Does ANYBODY have any suggestions (serious ones, besides 'picking up their kids from school', etc." Although for me, it may have to come to that. (kidding, ok?) This is about a decade of these low-life thieves spamming, calling, threatening, harassing us, etc. I can't keep taking this. Of course the Pres. has schoolyard-bully, name-calling fights to spend his days and nights on, so we CAN'T bother "HIM.")

If you actually listen to them, you'll understand that they r scamming not u but the insurance. im fine with that, i overpay for my insurance already for so long, at least this way i can use it time to time :)) P.S. I received my vitamins and painkillers, did not have any problem, my insurance payment has not changed, it was fully covered :)

Some guy from Pharmacy Network called about prescriptions that I don't even have and said they were free. He wouldn't give me his name just the customer service number and name of the company. SCAM!!!!!

It appears the guy in all caps above is from the company that is trying to scam people. Be careful out there.

THIS IS NOT A SCAM... I GOT THE CALL AND I AM A MEMBER OF BCTX , THEY CAN ACTUALLY PROVIDE U WITH OTC STUFF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR... I RECEIVED MY BENEFITS AND DID NOT PAY A PENNY OUT OF POCKET! YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THEM CZ THEY MIGHT HELP YOU. THIS NUMBER IS JUST FOR CUSTOMER CARE, THEY CALLED ME FROM ANOTHER NUMBER. ALL THEY HAD IS NORMAL INFO THAT ANY OTHER PHARMACY WOULD HAVE. ALSO THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR INSURANCE ID BCZ IT'S SIMPLY HIPPA VIOLATION!! GIVE THEM A CHANCE

Claimed to be based in Austin Texas, doing business as 'Pharmacy Network'. Claimed to work with several major insurance agencies (BCBS, Caremark, Aetna, etc) to provide free over the counter drugs. Multiple calls. They of course need you to provide information so they can give you these free 'benefits'. Nothing but a scam, be warned.

Person named "Mia" with a strong accent (like from India) called and said that she is with "pharmacy network" to review my medical choices. That "I was listed on PPO's and this needs to be reviewed to provide correct delivery". No idea what she meant!
