they call everyday, never leaves a message. they ask for someone who doesnt even live in the house. i have told them 3 times now that they dont live here and not call this number anymore. they still do.

What you need to do incase you get a call from a collection agency that has the wrong number: Find as much info that you can online.When you found there website,send a nice email to ALL connections it list.Write that the email need to be forwarded to the "collections dep."Write that they've made a mistake and have the wrong number.If they ignore your email inform them that you WILL sue and report them to the FTC.You will have proof you've contacted them and if they keep calling,sue them [***].In my case they all stopped after my email.Yea I was lucky to receive a new cell # from a deadbeat and now get all the collection agencies calling me.I can't wait till ONE of them will violate Florida law.

I have an unlisted number. Yet I have been receiving DAILY missed calls from this same 904# - finally the name started to show on my caller id as "Diversified Con". Glad I did a Google search and found that these guys are pissing off more than just me!! I have had my number for about a year, don't owe a cent to anyone... and am really annoyed. Would love to find a way to shut these jerks down. Not my problem if they are looking for a bum, they should do their homework a little better so they don't keep harassing people like this.

they call my house number EVERY SINGLE DAY sometimes up to 5 times a day. i have asked them several times to stop calling this number, but keep recieving calls from them.

I get this call every day on my caller ID.

Diversified Con called May 13th at 1:50, left no message. So, this is a debt collector,huh? It's the first time this group has called.

Someone by the name of Charles left the 800-771-5361 x1248 and said my daughter had some sort of a "timely matter that she may or may not be aware of and she was to call him back"If the matter was timely, I would think my daughter would be aware of the timely matter. BTW Charles, daughter hasn't lived with me in years so don't be calling me about her "timely matter"Charles did not identify the company he was calling with nor did he say he was attempting to collect a debt and any information would be used for that purpose. His tone was very rude.opps - I see Fair Debt Collection violations all over this phonecall

Just called this 904 # back. He said my Verizon account was overdue and I owed 600.00 dollars. As I explained to him the # I was calling from was my Verizon phone and I thought that if I owed 600.00 dollars my phone would be turned off. Then he asked me if the S.S.# was correct and if this was my address. Come to find out my Ex husband opened this account in my name. My goodness what has this world come to. Anyway he said I have to pay the bill so I'll be calling verizon today. They were very nice to me until I said NO I won't be paying this and I had to hang up on them.

Calls my house, 3-4 times a day. VERY early in the morning, sometimes 6AM to 8AM. Even almost 9PM! Very rude people, they won't take no for an answer, don't talk to them.

I get a call saying some Teresa someone needs to call back right away. First off, I'm a guy, second off I've have my cell phone # for FOUR [***] YEARS. I've been with Midwest Wireless for 3 of those years and when Alltel bought them I'm now and Alltel customer. I haven't missed a payment ever.I suggest DCI makes a better attempt in finding information before they bug people who contribute to society rather than leech from it.
