all of the phone calls from the 904 area code are on a recorded line... please do us all a favor and take that guys advice so when you do file a police report of a threatening phone call you can go to jail for filing a faulty police report.

They keep colling asking for a Lucy. Yelled at them and was told to chill out, put down the phone, 5 sec. later they call again. Now they call I pick up wondering whom they're looking for this time I say hello twice and they don't say anything just put down the phone. They are so rude, unprofessional & annoying.

received a message from this company DCI and the guy said he was Michael Day and had some important info to clear up and needed to speak to me immediately. I called back and left a message, If its a collection agency good luck in them getting me. When he finally gets a hold of me I'll just blast one of those air horns in his face. He won't call back. even left an 800 number 800-771-5361

...this number calls weekly re an unpaid bill by a Dave Mathews , he is not known to me.

These people from Diversified Collection Agency in Jacksonville keep calling our house because my husband has the unfortunate luck of having the same first and last name of someone else in our town having credit problems. I continue to explain to them that their middle names are different, as well as the last four digits of their social security numbers. They don't seem to care or believe me. Today I called them back and asked to speak to a manager after one of their rude employees hung-up on me. He claimed that our number is now removed from their database. I doubt it but will wait and see.

[***]. I've told you people multiple times that you are calling the wrong person and I have no idea how you can reach the person you are looking for yet the calls never cease. This kind of harrasment is not good business practice, but I guess you guys aren't running a business, more like a shakedown operation.

This collection agency calls every day.Never leaves a message.I don't owe anybody any moneybut my son (who lives elsewhere) does..I will no longer answer their calls.

Just a recorded line, deleted, calls once a week

Called and left message that something came across his desk and to call him immediately.Thank God this service is available so I don't waste my time or worry about it.
