got called friday apr 25, 2014. no message left. cid says california. As we are in another election cycle.I see in past comments here that this may be charity group or Republicans dialing for dollars.call blocked.

perhaps some old lady misdialed their daughters number accidently. there is such a thing as accidently dialing the wrong number. should you report the little old lady? I am in disagreement with people who are so ready to report companies to the do not call list. I understand if they are calling over and over to harass, but this is America and you are shutting down the poor salespeople who need to make a living. Walk a mile in their shoes before you give them a fine of $1000.

Calling the DNC people is the most useless activity you can do. I've been reporting these annoying calls for YEARS and the FCC, the phone company, nor anyone else gives a damn. If it makes you feel better, go ahead but it's a waste of time.

Too bad, how sad, your dad! No one has sympathy for them anymore because they are crossing the lines and refuse to remove people from their call lists. Its gotten to the point it is harassment.

OMG you cannot mean that garbage. Sounds like to me that you work for one of these scumbags. They think it is ok to annoy someone. Surprise, I am smart enough to contribute to a cause I believe in. The only things these jerks have done is I will NEVER contribute to anything again & I bought a telephone that has 100 block calls format. What is the FCC doing about this? Nothing. It seems since I signed up for the do not call list I get more calls. I guestion if the FCC is selling our numbers!!!

We just got a call from this number Saturday evening, 8:00PM. It came up California on the phone, we didn't know the number calling, so never picked up. No message left on the machine.

These people are constantly calling me. I received a call from them at 7:00 a.m. I thought there was a law about what time these types of calls were to be made. I answered and they hung-up.

Remember folks, there are still ways to block some calls on your cell/landline. I can on my Verizon phone, and I understand it's also possible on a landline. For instance, on my cell I block anyone who's not on my call list. Problem with that is, no other calls come in (even though they ARE logged) It works for me. I don't even know when these pests call. It's great!
