They have called me several times and they r very rude. Medicaid has been paying my bills and they keep telling me I owe them money. They yell at me all the time.

You have the worst customer service and the rudest employees I have ever came in contact with. You should be ashamed of yourself. Any company that allows their employees to talk to people like they are dirt and hang up on them is not a reputable company.

They keep calling my number and when I called them back I got hung up on 3 different times. When I asked for the owners name I was told they could not give out that information.

You called my phone everyday while I'm at work and I'm not even the person you were looking for. I stated I knew how to contact the person and gave you a direct phone number. The representative gave me account information that I'm sure is a violation of that persons privacy. This company is VERY unprofessional to say the least. I did however give the person you were looking for the message and since I am infact related to them and also called our family Attorney. Everyone that is called by this company you should know the laws on collections, because you have rights!

It is illegal for them to do so. If they have done this to you, get a consumer attorney and sue them. It will cost you nothing

And of course once someone calls you back on debts beyond the statute of limitations, you attempt to use that as a rationale for restarting the SOL. It appears the real reason you received an "F" rating by the BBB is because they didn't have any grade lower.

A collection agency CANNOT sue you. And it is illegal for them to tell you that.
