They are doing this to me, they are saying that my disabled daughter owes a bill from 2015. I never got a bill either. The lady was rude. my daughter has insurance, so why is it that this doctor after all that this is the only Dr that the only Dr that did not file. On insurance or get paid from insurance. Sound fishy to me cause they wouldn't give me Dr's name

Sometimes, because we are not a customer service organization peoplke feel like our " matter of fact and to the point " conversations are " rude" . it is not that you are not important . Your number is showing up as we are talking to you . We are usually trying to answer other ringing telephone lines. You are very wrong. I am constantly amazed at how the general public thinks that " everything " is a scam. especially when they do not check things out. If you would have spent the same amount of time finding out the information that you were given was true as you did researching and writing this complaint you would not have wasted your time. For future reference when you go to a hospital you never see the radiologist that reads your x ray. Your language is quite inflammatory in your complaint. To call a business a " racketeering scam " and "steal my wallet " ????
