constant calls

Constant calls is a very " general " term that can imply the wrong meaning. We call once a day at the most until we get a reply or contact.

They call and leave a message by using a fake name and ask you to call back. Do not call them back.

How do you know it is a fake name??? Did you call us back ???? Who did you talk to a our number ????

I got a call from this # and was told to ask for K. Francis. She was nicest professional and helped to resolve mm issue immediately.

Thank you for your true and honest input. I wish more people would realize that we are trying to help improve their lives in the long run not hinder them or cause a problem.

RoboCall from 912-629-7500, leaves messages for someone I don't know, to call 800-234-0894 to retrieve a message, Said it is not a marketing or collection call. This has gone on for a year and I am on the Do NOT Call list. I called the 800 number and got an oriental woman said I had the wrong number, which was not true. I then called the 912 number and got a woman who only answered the phone "HELLO" with an attitude. I asked her where she was from and why are they calling me for this person , and why the 800 was not correct. She asked me for my phone number and if I knew that person. I said no and she said she will "take care of it" as she yawned in the phone and then hung up on me.

You can be assured that you have really stepped in it this time. Research? You've just guaranteed that some of the finest researchers are busily researching your firm with an expertise that will make your amateur skip tracers look like kids playing with mommies Ipad I can't wait to see what'll be coming soon. We have not responded to BBB complaints in the past for one basic reason. All of the complaints were unfounded and filed by debtors that were trying to get " someone" to make the debt go away without paying for it. When I reviewed the complaints and then read the notes from the conversation with the debtor and collector I found that in most cases the debtor told the collector that they were going to the BBB to " make this " go away. the clients that we work for make an over the top effort to make sure that all debtors are given several statements and telephone calls/ messages before turning the accounts over to collections. This is usually done over a course of 90-120 days. I have talked to the BBB about the complaints and advised them that the debtors were not our " consumers ". That they had already received the service and did not pay for it. we are not members of the BBB because it serves no purpose for my company, only an expense. As long as we do not do what the debtors want us to do which is to go away and not do our jobs within the law , we will continue to have complaints filed. IT SHOULD BE NOTED that we have zero complaints from the people that we represent and work for on a daily basis. I thought that was what the BBB was about ????

I'm calling the BBB and the police about this situation.
