Got call from rude person, had attitude from beginning, asked to speak to supervisor and things just worse, got hung up on by first person, called back and got supervisor( or so said) even ruder, hung up on again, called back and got to speak with a real tool Tim Shafer!! Who let me know he "has my number"!! This is a first class group of uneducated, threatening, and harrassing group of losers!! Tim being the HEAD!! Anyone who has anything to do with these people should report their actions!!

A Mello from the company has been calling my daughter phone and harassing her and saying she don't have the money to pay the debt she owe and that she only sent five dollars. Now she is calling my phone perhaps she needs some customer service training. Once I mentioned to her that I knew she was calling my daughter's phone with such unprofessionalism she begin to get ugly. So what did I do hung up and now I am going to allow my Attorney to handle this. The point in not that she will not pay her bill it will have to be in some installments.

The agency at 9126297500 is a joke. Very rude and they are a collections for doctors.

These people are so rude and not helpful in any way.

Just received a message for my son, they were very rude, could never find out what they wanted, so I just told them my son was incarcerated so they hung up

The people called and Francis was very rude. She threatens to put a 7 yr old bill that I have disputed back on my credit report. They are very unprofessional and rude. Told me my doctor is going to come after me. When I told her I disputed it. It's not my bill. I have never lived in that city. She then told me yes I did and they have all my info now. Good thing I can record my calls.

Talked to 3 different representatives from this company in one conversation who all quoted me a different amount. Wouldn't tell me how much I would pay monthly until I paid 250.00$ upfront. One of the workers was named Connie Smith, she was the rudest one....Please tell me Mr. Tim this isn't your company??? I asked for proof of the debt, she was rude and told me I could pick up a copy then said I had several delinquent bills and when I again asked to get proof I was hung up on. Called back and was threatened that if I didn't pay by a certain date further action would be taken....... Ill just get an attorney, do what you gotta do Tim, because ill do what I have to do, your 3 different claims of debt I owe wont stand up in court. You might want to hire a new staff your employees ARE VERY RUDE!

The Staff is very unprofessional. It seems like an illegal operation. It just doesn't appears to be a professional establishment at all. When you call them they speak so fast as if not to be identified.

Frequently get calls from this number or one similar to it. They either leave no message or leave one, something like "ha". Wasting their time and mine!
