They call my house at all hrs, trying to collect on a medical bill. The people who call are very unprofessional and rude. I had the matter settled with the medical practice over a year ago and the collection co won't stop harrassing me. I have not spoken with a polite or curteous person yet- don't know who wrote that comment (maybe someone from the co trying to save face)

Possibly dep e Dr on your state but I was sued by a collector that purchased my debt. But also true that cannot put a Liam on your house without a court judgement not can they garnish wages

They are calling me but not identifing themselves, only leaving their phone numbers. I do NOT want them calling me!

Received call today on my cell#. Not sure how they got this number anyway they did not leave a message. I think if you are going to call and no one answers and they have a message machine then leave a message so we know who you are and what you want.

I've received a call from this number everyday for the past 4 days. A message has never been left. I had no idea who it could be until I found this site. Good to know! I recentlty had my 3rd child and my insurance switched right before. Judging from the bills in excess of $2,000 that I've received so far, not as much was covered. I've been getting medical bills out the wazoo! I apparently owe everyone and I can only assume they want a peice of the action. Well.... Get in line! I will say this, though... They are relentless!

This is exactly what happened to me (I also had a well woman exam), and my insurance paid the bill. I even went to the lab company's website and tried to pay it ( this was the time between the insurance paying them and me receiving confirmation the bill was paid by insurance) but the lab's own website said the bill had been paid. What is this sloppy book keeping, or is this just out and out fraud and stealing?

Constant harassment with phone calls. Wrong person being contacted. I do NOT owe anything to ANY hospital, doctor, or lab service. Have fully verified with all my doctors and Credit Karma.

bob rizzy called me today. this time it was a real person. so i answered real quick like and the guy just sat there in silence. i hollered pretty good at him and said some things about his dog and he finally told me that if i didn't pay his company $5,200 for medical bills that they would take a lien on my house. i don't have that kind of money. is this legal? i'm about to whoop some [***] here if they keep this up.
