I keep getting unsolicited harassing calls at work from this number. I have told them multiple times not to call. I am going through my own consolidation company - They told me I could not do that. I told them "Watch Me!"

I had a missed call, I called them back , a male voice answered and said something I didnt understand I asked what he said and he said (something) consulting...still couldnt understand I said Im sorry, he didnt even try to keep me on the phone or ask who I was or anything. He also sounded rude with his answer whatever it was that he said?

Bustnova, If they keep calling you at work, and you've told them to stop...get your SUE on! You know how all that works. If the calls are still coming in, especially at work. Send a letter to them CERTIFIED, demanding that they remove the number from their database, and not to call it (or any other number you might be getting calls at). If they persist after you get the signature reciept back... you can start suing them for every time they call. Telco records show it all. ;-)

The telephone rings and no response from the caller...maybe a prank or maybe a violation depends on the owner of the telephone number.I am employed with the State Attorney Generals Office of Tennessee and if this type of incident continues my office will subpoena records to investigate the reason for the calls.

If you want to try and stop them go to the FCCs website and report them. If they are legit then maybe enough complaints will stop them and if not then they'll be shut down and have bill collectors calling them.

I have begun receiving calls from this number. They started last week. They have left one message. The message was all jumbled as if they started leaving their message before the the voicemail started recording! I couldnt even catch the guys name...but by what everyone has said on here maybe I did get the whole message. I just deleted it and if they dont want to leave a professional message for me I am not going to return or answer their calls.

I called the (972) 985-0100 and the guy I spoke to was very nice. I had no problems clearing this up. Yes, they are a collection agency, and sometimes they have the wrong/old number.

Synerprise financial, will call a couple times a week and the stop for a while, then start again. They always leave the same message "thus is an attempt to collect a debt" but they never mention my name and I have no outstanding debts. They're wicked annoying.
