i received another call from this number today...i have already advised that this is my cell phone, & not the person they are asking for, as i did today...but i promise they will call again tomorrow...i get these types of calls on my cell ALL THE TIME...wasting minutes sucks talking to these yahoos...my debt collectors don't even harass me this much...

Well I am not in collections and do not owe these people. I have had my number for over 4 years now and they called for someone named Alexander with no last name. So your advice about paying bills is usless with a company that calls and will not leave a message for the person they are trying to reach with out dated information.

I'm half mexican and I find this extremely offensive. If it wasn't for hispanics, [***] wouldn't get done here. America is so damn lazy and all worrying about their lord jesus christ, they forget their [***] morales.Is it so wrong to offer someone from a poor and unprivilaged country, help? I supppse if africans came here you would ban them from everything and call them dirty for having aids or a disease. You're pathetic.

You need to watch what you say about what a creditor can and can not do to you. It depends on the state you live in. In some states they can garnish your wages up to 25% of your disposiable income. And they can take you to court and put a lean against your home. Befor you run off at the mouth you should at least know what you are saying. I am not a bill collector but I do know that it just depends on the state in which you live some creditors do have more rights then in other states. So unless you are a lawyer you shouldnt be giving advice.

Just got a call around 650p, Monday 03.16.The only bills I have get paid every month, and I don't have any debts besides those, medical or otherwise.They never leave a voicemail and I have no idea why they're calling; I just ignore the call.

Just pay your bills and you wouldn't have this problem!

They called me today at home and my roommate answered, they said they were a construction company. I looked them up on the internet and also found them to be a collection agency. They have called my residence numerous times but never leave a message.And while we are on the subject of Customer Service.....I give a million thumbs-down to TXU Energy, which should now be called CentralAmericanTXU.None, and I mean none of my calls to TXU ever landed in Texas or the US. They are all sent to Central America. One Customer Service Rep had the nerve to tell me when I asked her what city she was located and said Colorado. hmmmmm, didn't sound like a Texan to me. Another said: "Howdy", never heard that term used either except by Mini Pearl.And lastly, after speaking to at least 15 customer service reps, ALL with Latino First Names, did any of them complete the orders they promised to complete on Friday at 4pm which still gave them plenty of time to work before the weekend started. I finally received a call from a Texas Customer Service represetative Supervisor today only to say she was sorry for my problems and gave my roommate yet another 800 number to call and complain. Whatever happened to going "above and beyond" or at least some kind of Customer Service. The jobs need to stay in the US not some foreign company that knows absolutely anything about our business. And don't get me started with the phone company either, those calls go to India and the first thing out of their mouths is: It's your modem! I say what modem, I don't have a modem. But then again they can only read scripts!

Why don't you try calling back and see why they are calling... oh, yeah you probably know you have an unpaid debt and you don't want to pay.... Did you forget to mention that little issue ? Not all collection agencies are terrible. If you call with a bad attitude then I am sure your probably going to get a not so pleasant response back. But, if you call with a bit of maturity you might just actually get somewhere. Not use is complaining about it, do something first.

Left message with name only, no info about attempts to collect a debt etc. like legitimate collection agency. Very fishy.
