These dorks call all the time. When I asked (insert made up name here) to not call anymore, he says, "I will." Whatever, its always fun to waste some morons time. They usually always sound like they are drunk or stoned and make sure to keep up a cloak and daggar air about themselves. If this was a ligitimate company doing ligitimate business, that business would be done through U.S. mail, and or professional phone calls. These calls always sound like they are done cold. I do not want to assume these calls are fraudulent though, do not give them any personal information. You know if you owe money to someone and, if you don't know that you owe someone money, those someones will have more sense than to get some jerkbag to call you on the phone.

I would be more than happy to pay my bills, but you can't pay them if you've been unemployed for 2 years Mr Collector! So be a little more understanding. The economy sucks due to Corporate America "raping" the middle class with low wages, and crooks in Congress. Just be lucky you have a job you heartless jerk. What comes around will surely go around. Hope you're on the other end REAL soon!

the number 208-650-4253 as well as 913-262-6850 and also just plain unknown caller have all been calling my house constantly and when answered there is the long pause and then a man with a possibly middle eastern accent asnwers and asks for my father, who is out of town at the moment and when he talked to my mother she asked for written proof of the bill that was owed and the man refused and started yelling at her!they called again and i picked it up and it was the same man and when i asked for another speaker he once again refused so i hung up on him... he calls 2-3 times in a row now about every hour... its getting really old really fast

Someone keeps calling me from this number & when I answer the party doesn't say anything then the line goes dead as if they just hang up. This happens several times a week & its extremely annoying. Often times the calls come late in the evening.

Got a call today and called back w/o hiding my caller id, this guy picked up the phone and said that he was me... using my name on the caller id...Is there anyway to sue these guys?I guess National Do-not call means $h!t.

called twice 7-20-12 nasty "mexican" woman, could not understand very thick accent, smart mouth would not tell me what company she was with or why she was calling, laughed at me when I asked and snickered at me and said "white [***]"

look up the FDCPA (fair debt collection practicing act) there are many many rules in debt collecting. If they all and make contact with you 1 time identifying themselves they can't call back that same day. If they leave a message they can only leave 1 a day. It is a known stradegy to act like you know the person when they answer their phone. "Hey is John there?.. Hey John what's up?..." then once it throws them off guard and they admit who they are the collection starts.

After reading your post, I'm guessing that you are either chris collins or brian, Nobody describes bill collectors the way you did even the nicer ones-sorry
