If you don't worry who is calling why the hell do you Google the number? I would think you would just answer the call and they would have told you what they wanted. Instead you Google the number and then comment here. You folks are the bottom of the barrel and don't have the intelligence to hide your true reason for commenting. By the way the Do Not Call list does not apply for debt collection.

I am not a debt collector or do i owe any debt but this annoying number keeps calling my cell number, i am on the do not call list so why they are calling is beyond me. I answered once and was told this is not sales call, this is important please stay on the line, heard wait music and after about 2 min. the phone disconnected only to have them call me the next day, the next day and the next day. What the heck, I don't have time for this crap!

This number goes to a call center that does numerous task such as debt collecting, account servicing and provides a call center for Premier who try to assist people eligible for disability to get on disability. They are a multi-serverice company just hired to do a task. your numbers are loaded into an automated dialing list and called repeatedly throughout the day until someone talks to you or until you block the number. It is not one individual trying to reach you it is a lot and from various call centers across the nation. Legally unless you have filed for bankruptcy or other protection through the courts they can call you from 6AM to 9PM your local time every day of the week with the exceptions of Federal Holidays. If you are not the person they are looking for all you have to do is tell them they have the wrong number and they need to remove your number from their calling list. Legally they have to it might take 24 hours but they have too! If they refuse it can lead to legal issues on their end.

I don't even owe money to them and they call me? I applied for a CC and was turned down from them so leave me the hell alone! Geeze they call me from a 720-456-3680, 913-312-5184 95 calls in the last 10 min) and 614-212-5164. I am going to change my phone number, they are freggin idiots!!!

RJ - Some people WANT to pay their debt, but do NOT want to deal with MEAN AND NASTY debt collectors. During the course of a divorce several of our bills went late. Every one of them eventually got paid, but I was much quicker to pay those where the company/collection departments were kind and worked with me. The people calling 'on behalf of' or from Commenity are mean spirited, rude, and THAT is the primary issue.

You do realize you are replying to an 8 month old post, right? The chances of an answer are slim and none.
