I received a call this morning from 913-312-5814 stating it was regarding an account that I don't even have. I got angry and told the gentleman I knew he was a fraud and to have a Happy Frau Year and hung up on him.
Comenity Bank (called back to confirm) called asking to speak to FIL. um, no...doesn't live here. "well, we just spoke to him at this number." ok, that's where I draw the line. Clearly they didn't, as he doesn't live remotely close. I don't appreciate being lied to and filed a complaint. Told me my number was marked as wrong number highly suspicious.
They call constantly looking for someone I've never heard of... They need to stop please ......
Its Comenity Bank, they handle A LOT of credit cards. Comenity Bank has taken over so many credit cards and their billing and payment practices are unsavory. They hold payments, and apparently have the right to do so. Often holding just long enough to make it late, charge fees and then not crediting as the minimum payment thereby making your next payment late again. They never leave a message, if you are late, and you know you are, just ignore them and pay it when you intend to. Don't need a bully messing up your whole day. You know you are late, so handle it when you can. If they are out of line and you are not actually late, get a lawyer, or tell them you have one, that will shut them up.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
