I got the phone calls from 913-312-5184 and 720-456-3698 yesterday and today but I missed the call, finally I picked up the call today and the woman said I missed four payments for my Loft credit card. I told her it is impossible because I pay my bill on time every time. However, she insisted they didn't received the payments and asked my address then they can send me the statement and tried to set up auto payment for my account. My husband talked to her and told her our address but had doubt so I told her I can check my account and statement online, I asked her to give me her direct phone number I will call her back, she said she will transfer the call to their customer service but the phone didn't get thru. I worried this is a scam so I called the Loft credit card's customer service and asked them what's the problem with my payment, the lady said I don't have any due payment. If this collector is real and represent the Comenity Bank these people are very dumb and did a bad job, they didn't check before they call the customer, the Comenity Bank should fire these people !!

Charter Communications is a cable company we have our cable with them.

Robot call always the same a couple rings then hangs up... Tried calling back I get weird sounds... No human... Gasp!... It may be those aliens I read about....

Who do you work for the collection company? Maybe something unfortunate should happen to you so you get the harassing telephone calls from people like you. There are a few dead beats that is true but there are some people that run into unforeseen circumstances and struggle to pay their bills.
