I get calls like this all the time.They say that they lower my credit card rate.But every time they call it is from a number that you can not call back.Trying to streel you credit card number some they can run up your bill.
Got a call with a 15 second voicemail left. Background sounded like a call center. Nobody said anything, but a woman laughed directly into the phone at the end of the voicemail. Number is now blocked.
They called a number of times and I answered. It's a political polling company that asks questions about your preferred presidential candidate.
Called on a Sunday, man said he was from "Tennessee Opinion Research" and asked for me by name, I hung up before he said anything else.916 is not a Tennessee exchange.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
