I read through other comments from posters here on 800Notes that says they are political pollers and they ask questions about Henry Stern (Henry Stern for California State Senate). So maybe they are working for opponent's campaign. TowerClimber directory on internet states about EFLS Communications: 1-800 We Answer has acquired EMH Opinion Sampling of Sacramento, California. EMH, a veteran marketing research company designs and conducts commercial market research campaigns, political surveys and opinion polls utilizing sophisticated sampling methodologies and data mining techniques.
I received the same call today at 8:25 PM. On another site, there is a post stating it is a political survey.
Called today at 5:04 PM PDT.(Wednesday) on 11th of May 2016. Caller ID showed "EFLS / 916-403-3480". We Let it go to voice mail & Caller didn't leave a message on our answeringmachine
Just received first call from this number and did not answer. No message left on machine. Based on entries here I have now hit "red button of death" on my call blocker box. So, in future, they won't be getting through at all. Just a quick chirp and they'll be sent to caller blocker box hell...Thanks for the warning, folks.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
