I just got the call and looked up the numbers and it's listed to 2 people in Oklahoma......can you say "2 friends made one brain and tried to come up with a scam"?I too would like to know why they called my cell when it's on the Do Not Call List!!!!!!!
Apparently they're busy today. Just got this one on my cell phone. I actually pressed 1 to talk to someone and asked the guy where he got my cell phone number since it's on the no call list. He said "it's just a courtesy call." When I lit into him, he hung up. Scum.
Called my cell phone this afternoon at 12:49 eastern. Was at work and didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number. Glad I didn't!
This car warranty group has called me many times on a ground line which no longer exists as I moved. Now they have been calling my cell phone. I have responded to remove me from the call list as I no longer own the vehicle several times but they still call. How do you stop them?I tried calling the number to harass back and got a busy signal. Funny how that works.

"Extend your car warranty... " caller ID was just 918-375-2671 I didn't stay on long enough to hear the options. Don't bomb April Stol's house until you can establish it was really her - it is possible the scumbag telemarketer is Caller ID Spoofing, though not free, it's not illegal yet. S.704 was passed, but HR251 hasn't yet.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Automated voice requested a call back from a person not at this number.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
