it is not that person. The company is in Concord California. I know because i worked for them. They use a call center. They use 1,000's of phone numbers frequently. I quit when i realized i was selling a scammmed product.

I have to tell you that Im the dumbest person on earth.YES I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY FROM THEM!! GOD I was so stupid. I told the telemarketer I am not interested and was about to hang up but I kinda wanted to see how these low life uneducated people would react to my question.My question was "Do you cover turbos? I have 2000 AUDI s4 which has 2 turbos and my car is more than 100k miles." She said she would look up,... I was kinda laughing at her because I knew no one will cover my car especially the turbo part. She came back and she told me she can cover my vehicles turbo! so that got me interested....point is.... I BOUGHT the policy... how stupid... do you know why I call myself stupid? because when I received the policy, the turbo is not covered. There was no turbo word in that warranty booklet!!I called back to customer service and asked for the refund but she told me NO REFUND because I called back after 30days... I received the booklet after 24 days later!I am going to take a legal action with this company. I don't care if my name goes to the public when I am doing this. I WANT THEM TO GIVE MY $400.00 back!! I HATE THESE UNEDUCATED BUSINESS PEOPLE! NO ETHICS, WRONG PHILOSOPHY TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!If any of you had similar situations like this and if you would like to join me with the legal action. If I see some people here interested, I will give you my alt. email address so we can together bring this company down.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
