I'm a bit late, but J you're not the dumbest person on earth because I bought their policy too. I was the second owner of the car, and didn't know if the first owner had any type of warranty going for them. Nevertheless I bought into their routine, ate it up like chocolate, and went ahead to go buy the warranty product. Only 2 days later did I do a search like this to figure out what they were all about and the words that kept popping up was "SCAM." Fortunately I used my American Express card, which protects me from scams and will fight hard to get my money back. Little did I know though that companies that use American Express also comply with their laws. In other words the company that charged my card is legit, they're just not legit at how they present their products. Anyways the numbers they gave me are:888-282-3524 x4217 Amber agent888-758-2898 x4209 Tina customer serviceTina was able to give me my refund back, but I had to pay $50.00 for a service fee. That's ok though it's better than having to pay hundreds of dollars.Hope this helps

Was in the middle of class and called me outta no where. I didn't answer but I guess I'm glad I didn't.

I have called the first number you gave and I got a male who answered the phone and gave me the name of the business he has progressive warranty services I explained to him about the calls and he told me that the telemarketing calls come from a center and are tansfered to him. I also explained that they are calling both my cell phones and my home and refuse to stop and hang up when they are asked to remove my numbers. Let's see if this stops the harrassment for me, If not I know he is associated with these calls and this number needs to be filed with the FCC. 1-888-282-4217

ATTENTION ALL POSTERS TO THIS TOPIC: REPLY FROM Agra Police Department - Officer Richard Roe: The phone calls you are getting from the number is not Raquel Bursiaga nor is it April Stol.I have taken report from both individuals. This has been turned over to the OSBI as well as the FBI. It appears that someone has intercepted their phone numbers and using a computer generated calling system to make the calls. As annoying as it may be to all who are getting the calls, imagine what they are going through. Ms. Bursiaga has had her phone unplugged since May 1st as the phone never stops ringing. For those of you that are leaving threatning messages such as bombing of homes and such, that to is a crime and you should put much consideration into the threat before posting further as the posts being made will be forwarded to the FBI and OSBI. We are working to remedy this situation.
