They called my cell phone today with that typical "the vehicle you are driving" and of course I think to myself "how the hell do they know what vehicle I am driving?"

I got my first call from them yesterday morning at about 9:36am Pacific Time. Didn't answer (good rule of thumb- if it's a random #, especially with a bizarre area code- IGNORE).Hopefully that's the only one I get, but it sounds like they'll be way more to come.Do any of you purchase anything off the internet? I recently did and I've had a whole slew of problems since then, so maybe this is related

If a company has to spoof their telephone number you know they aren't up to no good. Next time they call, tell them that you have a prepaid phone with 2 minutes left, that your interested in the warranty, and see if they can call you back on a landline. If they call you, you might have some money coming to you if your on the do-not-call list(tell the government you didn't tell no one to call you back, that's a lie). You gotta fight fire with fire.....

Same thing happening to me, i actually called and asked them to remove me, and they said yes, then the calls increased. I got someone on the phone again, and she threatened me and hung up on me, and now I can't get through to them, but they keep calling my home. What can I do about it?Signed, Totally irritated

Called me today on my mobile, of course it's a scam, I have never had a warranty with them. Challenged the agent to say where they got my number from, she couldn't/wouldn't say but she did get off the line pretty quickly. Someone should SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN!

Same story--Once they left an auto warranty message. Today, no message and when I called back no one answered. I'm glad I found this site to explain what is happening---at first I didn't put the odd warranty message together with the no-answer number. Won't bother answering in future. Someone should stop them.

Caller ID says Stephen D Brown, number 918-468-2338. I have talked to two different people who are rude towards me and then hang up laughing saying there is nothing I can do about it. They call my home everyday and offer some type of auto warranty.

Just got a call from these clowns. Didn't answer b/c they were not in my phonebook. I added the other number they use to my blacklist, so I guess they changed phone numbers.

I also keep getting calls on my cell phone form the same number. I just don't answer it anymore. This is out of control. They need to stop calling.
