Totally a scam, even after I blocked them they continued to call me. When I called them it was a private number and the guy who answered was shady as hell. Only stopped when I mentioned the word,"scam," and I would be contacting the authorities, which I did.

They keep calling me even late at night on any day offering 40$, I am in WA

They call me at 3:30 this morning!

I live in area code 303 Denver,CO they left message saying they are from the CDC and want to pay someone in my household to answer some questions.

Received a voice message, supposedly left by, the CDC. The lady stated that they would pay anyone in the household $40, that was willing to complete a survey regarding Health & Injuries with them. After reading the comments on this site, I think I'm going to block the phone number.

Got a call from this number randomly today. I have a NY phone number but located in AR.The woman explained that it was a survey for military injuries etc. i lost track of what she was saying. But somehow she knew I was military, so they must have gotten my number from somewhere. sounds like a scam. If they call back I'll be sure to feed them a spoonful of the finest BS I can find.

Called me from this # and before I could answer, I heard "I'm gonna say- do you want me to show my butt to you." I didn't reply and then I heard "hello? Hello?" Definitely bogus.

They asked if I was KB and didn't say yes or no and then I hung up on them before they could talk...and I like in Idaho

they called many times no one there finally someone answers after i said hello. told them never call again. don't want to be involvedwith the medical mafia.
