I receive callls from 937 534-2092 frequently..... too frequently! I hate to ignore calls but this one I definitely do. Does anyone one know how to put this number on a no call list or a number to call to stop getting the calls. Thanks

It is GEmoney in our case CareCredit. We were late by a day due to 4th of July, now the harassing calls have begun. We got it for emergency medical and I fear it will never get paid. Only use if you HAVE to.

Again like the rest of your comments. Not behind, when I did talk to someone, she doesn't speak good English, I had to ask her to repeat what she has said. Frustrating, I asked her to get someone on the line that did speak English. Then we got a letter stating they did not want to talk to me, they want to only speak to the person named on the account, which is my husband, but the account was opened for me for dental work. The other thing they told my husband too was that they could NOT receive payment after 5pm their time on the date the payment was due, even though they are in a different time zone. Will never use them again for anything. A minimum of TEN times a day and night.

I do have a GE Money account for my vet. I have their paper bills so I have no idea why they are calling! The phone rang three times then hung up. No I know!

Three times in the last two days. No message.

This people call me 10 times a day everyday.do not leave any messages and when you pick up they wont talk

My caller ID records that this number calls my home 4-5 times a day, at the same time each day. And weekends is no different when I am at home. It is a recording saying the call is for me, but I am AT WORK during these hours. Duh! If I were sitting at home watching TV instead of working my buns off, it might be justified. It is a nuisance for the rest of my family, and harassment for me! I can only assume it is a debt collector, because of their persistence and time sequence. We've been hit hard like the rest of the nation, and there's always more month than money, but we're honest and we do pay our bills. And I resent receiving calls from someone who doesn't speak English! I am a bit comforted by the comments above.

I just want to comment that The Fair Debt Collection Act applies to just that, debt collectors. It does NOT apply to Credit Card companies you have an account with. It is not the same. If your account has NOT been sent to collections yet and the original company is the one calling you to work on whatever you owe, that doesn't fall under the FDCA. Besides, you should be thankful that they are calling you before charging off your account.By law a Credit Card company that you have business with is allowed to call you as many times throughout the day until they physically speak with you.Everyone complains about all these numbers but the facts are simple, a) pay your bill or b) answer your phone and explain why you are late. I have been doing the later because of a recent divorce I am way behind on all my bills, and you will be surprised how willing and considerate these people are if you ANSWER AND EXPLAIN what the situation is.
