They have called my cell a couple of times - no messages leftI am not going to answer any calls from them after reading all the dirty tricks they are up to.
i had the same issue i never received a bill she said they had a mail return because they didnt have my apartment # and tried to charge me a late fee but i told them how are you going to try an charge a late fee for a bill i never received so she said it would take 2-3 billing cycles to be adjusted off but i had to pay the interest that was accrued... uh no thank you i will be paying the regular monthly payment i will not be penalized for yalls skrew up
I have not taken a loan out of any sort with them. I'm a student whose only loans came through the school. I owe no one any money. This is a scam as far as I can tell.

called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call
