pressed 1 just to waste their time and spoke to someone and I just kept telling them I didn't understand. Finally they got frustrated and hung up. I will waste their time every time they call me.
Honestly I don't think this call is legit. I've gotten calls saying they could lower my interest rate before. The minute I ask them questions (who are you, what's my credit info since you have it) I get hung up on. This is a scam trying to get your info.
Asked to have number taken off. They call 1-5 times a day. They hung up when I asked to,have my number removed
I answered. No one said anything and then they hung up. Based on what I'm reading here, I will block them.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
