I received the call at 9:30 this morning. Did NOT accept the charges. Googled the number and found complaints dating back for almost a full year. Called the cops and reported it. Getting ready to send an email to Attorney General. Thank gawds it's an election year coming up. They might get off their bums and do something about the scam.
I live in Virgina and i keep getting these calls from someone in jail. It doesn't say what jail or about where it's located and i want to block the calls. I get these calls sometimes at 2:00am or 4:00am in the morning. Can any one help me...

I got a call from a 927-280-7286 Dallas Texas number the call said it was from metro pcs and it was a call from jail the man who was calling said his name was willis or will I could not hear very well due to outside noise. I am very creeped out by this and want this person never to call me again!!

Recieved a voicemail that was automated that said "An offender (some recorded mumbled name) has requested that your phone number be added to their allowed list of numbers to dial. In order for this to happen we will need your approval. Press 1 for yes or 2 for no." This is no doubt some sort of scam. I just added it to the blocked calls list.
I got a call from this number (Man 972-280-7286) problem is that I live in the southeast and I don't know know anyone from Michigan. So...I am thinking it is some sort of scam. It said department of correction on answering machine and did I want to accept the charge. Yeah right, that is a bog NO!!!!!
