I never thought I would be writing this, but I got a call from this company and the debt was legit. I moved and the gas company never forwarded me the final bill like I asked them to. So it was really Unitil's fault more than anything. The person I spoke with, Darlene, was pleasant and gave me all the information I needed to rectify the matter.

This jokers keep calling my home all day long (my husband works nights and sleeps during the day) asking for some guy that we have never heard of. We've only had this TN since July and it's unlisted and unpublished! My husband has told them several times that we do not know who this guy is and to STOP CALLING! Well they continue to cal and call and call so guess what we are doing. Yep we are filing a complaint with the FTC!!! Trust me if we knew who this joker was we'd gladly give them the information!! It's high time these idiots listen to what we are saying!!!

After ignoring several of these automated calls, I called to get them to stop. Spoke with a "Stevens Business Systems" rep who asked me for my SS info. Once I explained that I have no idea who or what this company is and under no circumstaces am I giving my info, the rep hung up on me. This cannot be ligit. Like most others making comments here, I do not have debt.

This company is brutal............. from what I am reading with regards to other complaints here........ they simply call anybody that has the last name as the person they are trying to collect a debt from and then lie as to how they got your phone number.......... I was told my phone number was a backup number that was given to thier client ( bull ). I called them back and spoke to a supervisor by the name of PATRICIA BRADY, who proceeded to give me another line of crap that by doing a " skip Trace"they found out that the person they are looking for is my brother. This is impossible because he has never lived with me............. PATRICIA BRADY is simply a liar and these people will do anything un-ethical to get paid the commision.............. in the words of Tony Montana from the movie scarface...... " youy know what a chaza is......... it's a pig that don't fly straight" That is exactly what PATRICIA BRADY AND THESE OTHER SCUMBAGS ARE.............. PIGS!!!

Called and left me a message to call back. I called back and spoke with a woman named Darlene. She was very nice and respectful. It had to do with a co pay from an ER visit last year. Told them send a bill and I will take care of it. That was it. Painless. Maybe ask for Darlene when dealing with this company because she is very nice.

I've been getting daily phone calls from this number! This needs to stop!
