I got this call too! i have no idea what it is, im only 13! lol i called it back and it said "the circuit is busy please call again later" and then something else.
Got this call several times in the past week. A woman spoke Spanish - could not understand. It sounds like from recording- it could be from marketing company. Maybe from private investigating company...
Just got a call from 19857986464. It was a recoding of a spanish speaker lady. I have no idea what the recorded says but I keep getting random # from many places. Hopefully the call does not charges after the call is answer! This so [***]! I will be tracing the call.
