You're right. It is a scam and they do want your account number in the guise of paying off debt. With so many people burried by credit card debt these predators are trying everything to take advantage of people scared of getting in trouble for owing money. I recieved a call just like everyone else but i didnt answer because i was in class. no message was left, and when i tried to call back the line was busy... and then i found this lovely page =]

Didn't answer. I've gotten calls like this before. I never answer, but I am wondering if this is how I ended up with a $10 charge on my cell bill for something called muchachat.com. AT&T said it was from going online on my phone, but I don't sign up for anything online. Check your cell bills this coming month. I know I will again.

Just received call from this number on my cell-phone & didn't answer. Tried calling back and got all circuits are busy. This caller should be under investigation by the police & arrested. whoever it is they're cowards and have no-meaning to any of us.

I also got a call from them at 10:32 central, left no message. We've been car shopping over the past week and I've been getting a lot of strange calls from out of state numbers that refuse to leave a message.

This is a secret shopper call. Making a simple process hard for customer service agents. They cause you to lose your job. I wish Citibank would do things differently. Thinking about not doing business with them.

called three times in less than 2 minutes! Came up as "Spam" sure enough.. pretty sure it is. No reason to keep calling and calling and calling.. Finally, blocked it. Never answered the phone, and.. glad I didn't.
Scam. Sent letter saying I placed $3000 order. Never happened. Haven't even heard of this place before.
