I just received a call from this number and it said from Wireless Caller on my caller ID. Then the message went onto say "Hello, this is Rachel from Cardholders Services calling to offer you a special rate on your card." I always just hang up but these are just really annoying to keep getting calls from who knows where really and I am on the Do Not Call listing.

WRONG!!I signed up a while back and STOPPED receiving calls. After so long, I was suppose to resign up. I started receiving calls again and went back to sign up and a month or so later, all my calls stopped. This was almost a year ago.Most of the calls or scams that come now are scams randomly dial numbers. It does not matter if you are on the DNC list or not. Scammers dial randomly or from another source. Some have computer dialers and you have to press a number and then it connects you to an "operator" who is offering you something. There are OTHER FACTORS involved in all this, but this is basic point.OR they say they are a NON-Profit organization and ask for donations. NPO can call no matter if you on the DNC list or not.

Just recieved call again. 7 days 9 calls. Somebody do something here.

got unknown, unwanted call, no idea who it is from, anyone know who?

Just received a phone call from this number. Don't usually the phone for numbers I am unfamiliar with. I am also at work. No message was left. Hmmm...

Called on my cell phone. Did not answer it and no message left

I just received a call from this # on my cell phone at work. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. If it's important enough, they will leave a message. Then, I can choose whether to return the call or not. And, I'm also on the DNC list.

It is 1:07pm.......just got a call from this #. Sounds like a FAX machine when I tried to call the # back.

I recieved a call from this number and it too was about lowering interest rates. received at 9:47am on Tuesday, October 4. This is the third different number that I have received the same call from. Even after tellnig them i am opn "do not call" ...doesn't even seem to phase them. is there anything that can be done. Doesn't appear that registering the calls on "Don not call" complaints seems to get anything done either ?
