Didn't answer today when this number called my cell because I didn't recognize it. Looking on here, I see it appears to be a spammy call. I tried calling it back and just got a weird tone, didn't even ring. I'm on the do not call list in Indiana so they shouldn't be calling.
I just received the same call on my cell. It's getting so confusing, that I do not know who to answer. I am also on the NDNC LIST, but it makes no difference. I really think the FBI should really look into these calls. I have a mother and father-in-law in a nursing home, and I never know if one of these calls come from a nurses cell, which they do so often. PLEASE HAVE THESE PERSON'S PROSECUTED!!!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
