received a call from this number. left no message. my phone number is on the national do not call list. how do I block calls like this?

I've been getting calls once a week from this number for the last 2 months

Its not spam its a scam. they try to convince you to give them your credit card information so they can "lower your interest rate." They are not a real credit card company and often can't even tell you what your name is. A real card company would never ask for your credit card number, and would know who they were speaking with.

I just got a call from this number telling me that it was my last chance to lower my interest rate, press 1 to take advantage of this offer before it expires! Well, I pressed 1 and told the guy who answered to stop calling. By "told the guy", I might mean "I started to yelling at him to take my ****ing number of your ****ing list". He told me "hey! watch your mouth woman!" and then hung up. Smooth.

If you have an android phone download call block (mr number) add it to the list as a "pick up & hang up call" I love this app it helps for people like this. My phone never rings with those annoying calls thanks to this. app

I do not know who this is call me. I do not answer it and they will not leave a voice mail.

They have been calling a lot. They need to stop.

I receive a similar call every 2-3 weeks both on my mobile and land lines and always from a different number with the same recorded message about a "government stimulus to lower your credit card debt". I have press the number to speak with a human and when I say "I'm on the Do Not Call Registry" they hang up or call me a jerk for pressing the number for more information. I looked on the official FCC website and could not find the proper form to complain to FCC and try to use the teeth of a large fine against the telemarketer/scam artist but I guess the government is toothless!
