this number 999-999-9999 has called me a number of times. how do I get this number to stop calling my number? I don't answer n they don't leave a message.
I get 2 texts from 999 999 9999 at 10:22am and 2 at 10:22pm (all garbled text). I'll try texting "Block 999 999 9999" and report whether it's any use :/Good luck to everyone else stuck with this!
This is a generic number that scammers use when the scramble their number. It will usually come up RESTRICTED or UNAVAILABLE on your phone and then be 9999999999 on your statement. The ones I have been getting are Jamaica scammers trying to get money out of a little old lady I know. We have now been receiving death threats from these numbers and I wish someone would figure out who they are and stop them!
I just started receiving calls from 1-999-999-9999 in the last couple of days. The first few times I didn't answer then, but I answered it once, said "Hello," there was no noise or anyone speaking on the other end...silence. I just hung up. I still am getting these calls. I am going to tell my phone provider to do something as I have an older phone and cannot block numbers. I am going to purchase a new phone!I get so many of these scam callers, I am tired of it. The government and phone providers should start doing something about it....NOW. You don't pay your bill and they turn your phone off! Well it's about time they wake up to technology and they are able to block these numbers. Isn't it funny that all these technicians have jobs, but don't do it! I am tired of it!
999 999 9999 called me three times in the past two days. I don't answer when I don't recognize the number. This caller hangs up after four rings.
Got a call also. Have answering machine, turned ringers off but have caller ID. Too bad all these weird callers keep us from using our phone. Real calls are answered quickly. 999-999-9999 Name unavailable. Heard a rumor that people who get these are marked for death. Hope that is not true.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
scam debt collector calling, asks to call a diff number, ignore
robo call asking to call a diff number.
Suspected spam. Phone rang twice and then hung up. No voicemail left.
