I played along on this last call , and they actually gave me a return call phone number which they answered in the name of Computer Technical Services.

Amex card was compromised (used for amazon) and received a bubble wraped envelope from china with this number approximately 10 days later in the mail. The package was empty and said "wish you all the best".
