Thanks aljemac...I will file a complaint with Florida Dept of Agriculture& Consumer Services and I have already reported the case to the disputes team of my bank...let see wht happens...

YES, WE HAVEN'T HEARD A THING AND THEY HAVE TAKEN $500.00 FROM OUR VISA ACCOUNT. WE HAVE REPORTED IT TO THE BANK FRAUD DEPT.

WHEN I GET CALLS LIKE THAT I TELL THEM IM GETTING MY DETAILS AND PUT THEM ON HOLD.WHEN I RETURN AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME I PUT THEM ON LOUD SPEAKER AND RIP THE PISS OUT OF THEM INFRONT OF MY FREINDS OR MY WIFE.GOOD FUN ESPECIALY WHEN THEY ARGUE BACK ,THEN YOU JUST PUT THEM ON HOLD AGAIN AND WATCH TV FOR A BIT UNTIL THEY GO.THIS IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO DEAL WITH CRANK CALLERS ,DONT KEEP HANGING UP JUST PUT THE PHONE ASIDE AND LET THEM WASTE THEIR MONEY.

This scam has hit Australia as well,I was quited $199.00 they have taken $699.18 from my account and tried the next day to take another $669.18 but my card had been cancelled.The Australian Fraud department from my bank are investigating this Scam
