How is it possible to get a refund when you can never communicate with anyone from the Company. The phone is only an answering machine, Stephen Rice has not responded to 1 of my 10 emails, funny he did respond to my husbands when the Police were mentioned but still did not act on what he said he would do. I will not lie down til I get my refund (hopefully) but more so want everyone to know what SCUMBAGS and FRAUDS they all are.

If what you have written is true, then why have you not refunded my money when i cancelled my so called 'wonderful promotion' within days of your initial phone call.Why do you not answer my emails?Why do you lie?WHERE IS MY MONEY?Prove here and now that it is not a scam by refunding my money and answering this email fro all to read.

Register a complaint to Department Agriculture and Consumer Services in the USA, surely if they get enough complaints about STEPHEN RICE and his Company CALYPSO CAY they should be able to charge them with FRAUD.Also email info.centre@accc.gov.auand Good luck

Sam, I hope you got your refund I am endeavouring to get mine but when they do not answer their phone or respond to emails makes it hard especially when we are in Australia. If you can give me any help on who to contact there in the States I would appreciate it. I visited New York, Chicago and Las Vegas last year and had a lovely holiday and though this would be a nice one too. Its a shame that someone from your country is spoiling your good name with his anctics of selling holiday package and not delivering them. If Stephen thinks I am going away easily he too will be mistaken, I am going to be giving him HELL.
