Got a call today as well - they had some of my info correct, some wrong, and my wife wisely refused to deal with the guy. He left an 800 number to call back prior to midnight - the number was one digit different from the customer service # on MEDCO's website.I called the published number and spoke to a rep. He was able to confirm that I had been called - due to an open balance on my account, and he knew all the details of the call to my wife. He couldn't explain why the original caller screwed up our address.So, I'm guessing that it's a contracted call center.

Its Medco, they call a lot to get you to switch over to their mail order prescription service. I've told them repeatedly to remove me from the call list but they don't listen. '

It won't cure anything and you would probably have a civil lawsuit. They are calling for your benefit and probably would save you a ton of money, but your probably too dumb to realize you have them as a part of your plan. Keep paying your higher copays.

It doesn't bother them at all. You're in a data base on an automatic call list. They just hit a button and it calls the list until someone answers. They will keep calling. You are better off picking up and asking to be taken off their call list.

Started calling from 817-554-0895, I blocked that number...then 817-554-0880, I blocked that number...Now calling from the "1029" number.....All numbers displayed Medco Pharmacy....never heard of them.......Complaints filed with donotcall.gov.....

Your an idiot. They are calling about your prescription drug plan and YOUR benefits. They want to verify your date of birth OR a home address. Same as the retail pharmacy, [***]. You think the people at the pharmacy can't steal your DOB or home address when you say it. What are they gonna do send you a birthday card with your DOB. Not Everyone is out to get you.

If you are MEDCO 'idiot' then why won't you help an 85 yr old lady get off your call list? She never has used Medco, never will and is a retired pharmacy tech for CVS. We have called Medco asking them to eliminate her number from your call list and they refuse. She gets calls every day from you people and has no reason to have to answer any of your [***] questions, DELETE [phone number removed] from your call list. We are reporting this incident to the BBB.
